It is frustrating to look for a parking space when "parking lots" of commercial facilities are crowded. It brings down the brand image of commercial facilities, and I don't want to go there because it's always crowded there. and ultimately risk that they may not come back anymore.
【解決すべき課題】
商業施設などの「駐車場」が混雑しているときに駐車スペースを探すことにイライラさせてしまう。商業施設のブランドイメージを下げてしまい、あそこはいつも混んでいるから、行きたくないな。っと最終的にはもう来てくれないかもしれないリスクがある。
