We used AI to automate the tallying of the stickers on the bread bags that give away prizes. Previously, employees had to manually count hundreds of these stickers in the backyard every day, a mentally demanding task that often left them with negative feelings. When AI was introduced to automate the tallying process, the workload was reduced and employees were able to focus on more creative work, surrounded by positive emotions.Simple but high-volume work is left to AI, while humans do more creative work.
