Not only does it take time to select items to be inspected, but it also leads to many mistakes, such as selecting and delivering the wrong items by mistake. To further improve the accuracy of inspections, it is effective to take many steps, such as two-person inspections or two or three inspections, but this is time-consuming and labor-intensive.
The inspection process is a costly and error-prone operation.

作業ミス
検品作業は基本的に単純な作業の繰り返しですが、常に集中力が必要です。多くの人が長い時間のチェック作業が耐えられないと考えているのは事実です。同じことを繰り返すのはとても難しいです。その結果、仕事への集中力を失いがちです。検品する商品を選ぶのに時間がかかるだけでなく、間違って違う商品を選んで配送したりなどのミスが多くなります。さらに検品の精度を高めるために2人での検査や2回、3回の検査など多くの手順を踏むのが効果的ですが、時間と人件費がかかります。
作業ミスやコストがかかる作業が検品作業です。
